Section 1

Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to use this Service. By using Zovera, you represent and warrant that you meet this age requirement and have the legal capacity to enter into these Terms.

Section 2

Nature of the Service

Zovera provides AI-generated health and supplement insights based on information you voluntarily provide through our intake assessment. The Service is intended for informational and educational purposes only and does not constitute a regulated health service.

Section 3

No Medical Advice

Zovera does not provide medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. No physician–patient or pharmacist–patient relationship is created by use of this Service. Content is not a substitute for professional medical advice. Always consult a licensed healthcare provider before making any health, supplement, or medication decisions.

Supplement recommendations provided through the Service do not account for all possible contraindications, undisclosed health conditions, or interactions arising from information not included in your intake form. You are solely responsible for disclosing complete and accurate health information.

Section 4

Pharmacist Disclosure

Zovera was founded by a licensed pharmacist (RPh) registered in Ontario, Canada. The pharmacist-founder's involvement in the development of Zovera's methodology and content is provided in a commercial, non-clinical capacity only. This involvement does not constitute the practice of pharmacy, the provision of pharmacy services, or the establishment of any regulated professional relationship under Ontario's Regulated Health Professions Act, 1991 or the College of Pharmacists of Ontario's standards of practice.

Nothing in these Terms or the Services creates a pharmacist–patient relationship or any obligation under applicable pharmacy regulatory frameworks.

Section 5

AI-Generated Content Disclaimer

You acknowledge and agree that:

  • Reports are generated using artificial intelligence and automated processing without individual human clinical review of each output
  • AI outputs may be inaccurate, incomplete, or not suitable for your specific situation
  • AI models may reflect training data biases or outdated clinical evidence
  • Zovera's AI tools are not licensed or approved as health devices or clinical decision-support tools under any Canadian regulatory framework, including Health Canada
  • Zovera does not guarantee results, outcomes, health improvements, or the accuracy of any report
  • Use of the Service is entirely at your own risk
Section 6

Health Canada & Supplement Disclaimer

Supplement recommendations made through the Service have not been evaluated by Health Canada and do not constitute endorsement, approval, or certification under the Natural Health Products Regulations. No Drug Identification Number (DIN) or Natural Product Number (NPN) approval is implied or represented.

Supplements may interact with prescription medications, over-the-counter drugs, and other natural health products. You should consult a licensed healthcare professional — including your pharmacist or physician — before starting any new supplement, particularly if you are taking prescription medications, are pregnant, breastfeeding, or have an existing medical condition.

Section 7

User Responsibilities

You agree that:

  • All information you provide through the intake assessment is accurate, complete, and up to date
  • You will not rely solely on Zovera for health or supplement decisions
  • You are solely responsible for any actions taken based on the report
  • You will not use the Service for any commercial, clinical, or regulated health practice purpose
  • You will not reproduce, resell, or distribute your report or any portion of the Services
Section 8

Payments & Refund Policy

All purchases are processed securely through third-party payment providers. By completing a purchase, you agree to the terms of the applicable payment processor.

7-Day Satisfaction Guarantee: If you are not satisfied with the quality or content of your report, you may request either:

  • A complimentary revised report, or
  • A full refund to your original payment method

The following conditions apply:

  • Requests must be submitted within 7 calendar days of report delivery
  • One satisfaction claim per customer per report
  • The guarantee applies to report quality only — it does not apply to health outcomes, supplement efficacy, or results
  • Refunds are processed within 10 business days of approval; timing of credit to your account depends on your payment provider
  • Requests must be submitted to: clientsupport@zovera.ai

Zovera reserves the right to decline requests that do not meet these conditions.

Section 9

Third-Party Products & Affiliate Disclosure

Affiliate Disclosure: Zovera may include links to third-party supplement products or retailers. We may receive compensation if you purchase through those links. This compensation does not influence the clinical basis of our supplement recommendations, which are determined by pharmacist-developed methodology and AI analysis of your intake data.

Additionally:

  • We do not manufacture, test, verify, or control any third-party products
  • All third-party purchases are made at your own discretion and risk
  • Zovera is not responsible for product quality, safety, availability, or pricing
  • Third-party product links are provided as a convenience only
Section 10

Intellectual Property

All content, reports, branding, methodologies, and materials produced through the Services are the exclusive property of Zovera Inc. and are protected by applicable Canadian and international intellectual property laws.

You may:

  • Use your personal report for personal, non-commercial purposes only

You may not:

  • Reproduce, distribute, publish, or commercially exploit any report or Service content without written permission from Zovera Inc.
  • Use Zovera's name, branding, or materials in any manner that implies endorsement or affiliation
Section 11

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Zovera Inc. shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, special, exemplary, or punitive damages, including but not limited to:

  • Health outcomes, adverse events, or supplement interactions arising from use of the Service
  • Issues arising from third-party products or services
  • Loss of data, revenue, or business opportunity
  • Inaccuracy or incompleteness of AI-generated report content

In any event, Zovera Inc.'s aggregate liability to you shall not exceed the total fees paid by you for the specific report giving rise to the claim.

Nothing in these Terms limits liability for gross negligence, fraud, or any liability that cannot be excluded under applicable consumer protection legislation, including Ontario's Consumer Protection Act, 2002.

Section 12

Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Zovera Inc. and its officers, directors, employees, and agents from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising from:

  • Your use of the Service
  • Your reliance on report content
  • Your violation of these Terms
  • Your provision of inaccurate or incomplete intake information
Section 13

Termination

Zovera Inc. reserves the right to suspend or terminate your access to the Services at any time, with or without notice, if we reasonably believe you have violated these Terms or engaged in conduct harmful to other users or the integrity of the Service.

You may discontinue use of the Service at any time. Termination does not entitle you to a refund except as provided under Section 8.

Section 14

Privacy

Your use of the Service is governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. By using the Services, you consent to the collection and use of your information as described therein.

Section 15

Modifications

We may update these Terms from time to time. For material changes, we will provide reasonable advance notice by email or by posting a notice on our website. Continued use of the Service after the effective date of updated Terms constitutes your acceptance of those changes. We encourage you to review these Terms periodically.

Section 16

Governing Law

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Province of Ontario and the federal laws of Canada applicable therein. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be submitted to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Ontario, Canada.

Section 17

General Provisions

Entire Agreement: These Terms, together with the Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and Zovera Inc. with respect to the Services and supersede all prior agreements and understandings.

Severability: If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue in full force and effect.

Waiver: Failure by Zovera Inc. to enforce any right or provision of these Terms shall not constitute a waiver of that right or provision.

Warranty Disclaimer: The Services are provided "as is" and "as available" without warranty of any kind, whether express, implied, or statutory, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement, to the maximum extent permitted by applicable law.

Force Majeure: Zovera Inc. shall not be liable for any failure or delay in performance resulting from causes beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to acts of God, natural disasters, pandemics, or internet outages.
